I see you

  • You feel overwhelmed, frustrated, exhausted and disconnected. You’re trying to support your child through difficult emotions and additional needs, the turbulence of friendships and worrying about their mental health. The list goes on. Trying to manage the challenges that parenting brings is all consuming.

  • You toss and turn at night, losing sleep as you follow your thoughts, questioning past decisions and in the future worrying.

  • Your critical voice is very loud, telling you that you are failing as a parent, you judge yourself and spend a lot of time saying “I should be handling this better” and “why can’t I manage this the way other parents do?”

  • You’re late night googling so many different parenting topics, attending parent webinars, reading all the parenting books, but you feel overloaded with information and you don’t know where to begin.

    Kickoff Call

    An initial one hour discovery call to understand your situation and the areas that you are getting stuck with and a plan of how mindfulness coaching will support you


    Coaching Sessions

    6X60 minute online coaching sessions including a recording of each


    Additional resources

    Mindfulness and self-compassion recorded meditations, relevant documents and videos will be sent following the coaching sessions to support your learning


    Practical tools that you can implement straight away


    12x20 minute additional live guided mindfulness meditation practice sessions to support you with your continuity of practice within the six week period


    Weekly email guides with intention setting and tips for the week ahead to keep you on track with your practice


    Continuous Support

    During the six weeks, I am on hand to take any questions and provide further help and support through email, WhatsApp, and voice notes

Hi, I’m Lynn,

My heart goes out to you. Trying to manage the load that comes with parenting can be heavy to carry. It can be all consuming and can leave you feeling trapped in constant stress and self-criticism. I completely understand as a mum of 4 the daily parenting challenges you face . I was overwhelmed trying to find a solution to help support my anxious child and was really hard on myself.

I learnt to use Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. It was this that helped me nourish myself and find a way to best respond and support myself.

From my experience in working with parents when they practice Mindfulness it brings calm, relief and light into their life. I am here to offer you personalised support, hand holding in difficult moments, compassion and an accountability that will lay the foundation to integrate mindfulness into your life so that you can thrive as you parent.

I’ve listed here the most common questions I get asked

  • I make sure that our coaching sessions work at a time that fits into your lifestyle, making sure that you can show up and participate without stress.


  • The 6 coaching sessions are each one hour.

  • Suggested practices and activities are recommended at the end of each session for you to work on during the week. The practices I suggest to support you are designed to fit into your day without adding extra stress or tasks to your to do list. Additional resources are provided to support your learning. Don’t feel under pressure to complete these within the coaching period; these are lifelong tools that you can use and return to whenever you need them.

  • All of my sessions are online via zoom calls


  • Attending the 12x20 minute additional live guided mindfulness meditation practice sessions to support you with your  practice within the six week period. I also offer continuous help and support between sessions through email, WhatsApp and voice notes. You can reach out anytime for help.


  • The cost of the 6 coaching sessions is 450 euro

  • No the coaching will be of benefit regardless of the age of your child.
