Hi, I’m Lynn,

My heart goes out to parents. You feel nothing is helping. Trying to support your anxious child is all consuming. I completely understand. I was overwhelmed trying to find a solution to help support my child and was really hard on myself.

I learnt to use Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. It was this that helped me nourish myself and find a way to best respond to myself and my child.

I’ve listed here the most common questions I get asked

  • The next program will 5th of February

  • Attending live is the best learning experience for you as this is interactive and there will be group work in break out rooms and discussion. However these session will be recorded if you are unable to attend.

  • All of my sessions are online via zoom

  • The 6 sessions are each one hour. Suggested practices and activities are recommended at the end of each session for you to work through during the week. Applying what you have learnt is key to making the changes in your life.

  • No, this program will support parents in any situation were your child is anxious

  • The cost of the 6 week group Program is 120 euro

  • Payment link will be sent to all registered by 6pm on Monday the 11th of November along with other Program details

  • The practices and tools that I share with you in this program will help you cultivate a calm that will support you if your child is struggling with other difficult emotions such as anger

My own personal experience is with a child at primary level. As a qualified Mindfulness coach my training covers preschool, primary and teenagers so I will share with you the practices that are most appropriate for the age of your child
