Your mindfulness mentor, on hand and by your side
Helping you reclaim your much needed calm, confidence and nourishment
I help parents to nourish themselves through mindfulness as they support their anxious child.
It breaks my heart to think of other parents going through what I went through, when my own child was experiencing anxiety. All the late night googling “what to do when your child has anxiety” striving to find a solution to, “get rid of the anxiety” and waking up each morning dreading the school drop off.
I’m here to help you, dear overwhelmed parent, feel calm, confident and joyful again.
You deserve to feel nourished. Now is the time to make a change and give yourself what it is you need.
Nourish and respond through Mindfulness
I don’t believe in the approach of trying to “get rid and fix anxiety”. I tried this with my own child and it only made the anxiety worse. I help parents by showing them how to best respond to anxiety and how to use Mindfulness to nourish themselves as they support their anxious child.
Mindfulness meditation, practices and activities
Through a live online Mindfulness and Self-Compassion course which blends mindfulness meditation practices, self-care activities and resources for you and your child you’ll experience both physical and emotional nourishment. Discovering self kindness, new energy and joy as you respond to yourself and your child.
I know that, more than anything, you want to feel rested, calm and confident. And you want to know how best to respond to yourself and your child. I’m here to support you with all this and more.
If you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing is helping. I want you to know that it’s not your fault. Trying to support your anxious child is all consuming. So of course you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated, exhausted and disconnected from yourself.
It doesn’t have to be this way
Reconnect with presence and kindness
Get to know me
I’m Lynn …
very proud wife and Mum of 4, 2 boys and 2 girls and not forgetting Oscar my little Bichon Frise. I love my work and privileged to help parents bring Mindfulness to their lives.
A perfect day for me is …
waking up and doing my morning meditation, having a nice coffee and a snuggle with my dog and then dropping my kids to school. I go to work and meet loving, caring, compassionate parents and give them the gift of how to nourish themselves through Mindfulness.
What brings me joy is …
my family, my own self care, my meditation practice and a walk on the beach. A nice margarita and a fun night out, going to the theatre and holidaying in Italy.
My mission is to help you when you are struggling with this challenge in your life to bring presence and kindness to yourself and feel nourished, calm and confident as you parent your anxious child. Creating a safe, open and honest space for you to reconnect and feel joy surrounded by a community of parents just like you.
